Due to the reduction of customer care, return policy is now extended up to 30 days. Our customer care team will get back to you ASAP within 7 days. Meanwhile, refund will reach your account (your original payment method) within 28 days (counting from the day that we get back to you).

All of our treasures carry their own stories, and therefore, they are unique in their own way. While we are constantly working on quality improvement during the selection stage, it is also possible that there is little imperfection on our items. It is always awesome if you can embrace them as the charisma of the vintage treasures.
Nevertheless, we abide by the law legally and are obligated to return items within 14 days after delivery. 

However we would like to ask YOU as a customer to omit the "amazonian" way of purchasing (buying 10 items and then only choosing one). If you don't want an item 100% - leave it! Try them on in our events or talk to our customer care team about all details (sizing/ materials/ textile care etc.). We are here to make sure you get your best-fit. ;) As always, "BUY LESS CHOOSE WELL”. 


Return of Online Vintage Treasures

Currently we are not offering free shipping for returns. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee of the package(s). 

Please note that items that are purchased offline in our events cannot be returned to our online shop.

Before deciding on a return, share some vintage love and ask your friends & family circle first if they love that piece of treasure also. If it doesn't work, just contact us so that we can find a solution together.

How to return online?

  1. Contact our customer care team within 14 days from the day your order is delivered at vinokilo.shop@gmail.com

  2. Once we get in touch with you and confirm with your return decision, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us. 

  3. Send your package back with tracked mail to this address (as we are unaccountable for damage or loss of package during return):

  4. We will send you a confirmation email once we processed your return and refund. Refunds will be sent via your original payment method.


OH MY… My package is damaged/ lost! What to do?

Oh… that’s a really sad news, we know how much you are anticipating your treasures! However, the damaged or lost package after we dispatched your order is unluckily out of our control. This can be due to custom check or other reasons, in case you want to claim for your loss, please reach out DHL HERE.

I got an incorrect item(s) in my package, what to do?

First of all, we are very sorry about that, please reach us out at vinokilo.shop@gmail.com

Include your full name, the wrong item and the order number for a faster process also. We will work on it ASAP and make sure you get what you love back.

Return of Event Vintage Treasures

Our branding team - Nicolo and Kanzy have designed cool changing rooms for each and every event, spot the orange curtain and try on the items that you loved. Check carefully before you purchase the items also.

We are accepting NEITHER return or refund via online at the moment. Still, we completely understand the frustration of getting a problematic item, so always feel free to write to us and talk it out with us also. We can find a solution together, as always, we want to make sure that you are 100% in love with that piece of gem!
