THE IMPACT YOU WILL CREATE AT VINOKILO:

As Financial Administrator, you will be joining our Finance Team to support them in various important tasks and to ensure that quick, accurate and correct bookkeeping is possible. One step at a time you'll help to improve our processes and help build the biggest secondhand fashion company in the world. This may seem like a wild statement, but it's more realistic with you on board because: 

  • You'll be organising and keeping receipts safe.
  • You'll be assigning receipts to departments and monitor the invoice process. 
  • You'll be working in Datev to prepare invoices to be paid.
  • You'll be the point of contact for the Accountant.
  • You'll be communicating with different departments for payment processes.
  • You'll be assisting the creation of cost reports.
  • You'll be the first contact person for receipts/ payment related issues and questions.
  • You'll be conducting regular inventories and maintain equipment inventories.
  • You'll be managing the cash register.
  • You'll be supporting the Finance Team in various other tasks.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree/completed training in Finance or Office Administration
  • Previous work experience in an Accounting function
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Administration skills
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • IT proficiency
