Job Description

As an Office Assistant you will work hand in hand with our Office Manager and you are the first contact person for our employees in all office-relevant issues. The position has an organisational skill requirement and which consist the joy of dealing with many people in a fast growing company. We welcome creative minds which are involved in Office Development and insure that VinoKilo is known not only as a Second-Hand company, but also as a top employer.

Main Tasks

  • General office management
  • General assistant and secretarial work
  • Administrative and organisational activities 
  • Booking Management
  • Systemise and organise our office processes
  • Contact person for employees in employment law matters
  • Acquisition and participation in projects

What we are looking for

  • Very good language skills in german and english spoken and written
  • Good in handling numbers and finances
  • Be very confident in using MS Office programs
  • Experiences with tax in and outside Germany would be an advantage but no requirement
  • Drivers licence
  • Sense for cleanliness, tidiness and structure
  • Strong communication skill and proactive, team oriented working
  • Trustful and conscientious personality 
  • Have fun to work with many different people in a fast-growing business
