Delivery is still happening, but we cannot guarantee next-day delivery at the moment. With a small packing team, we are trying our best to pack and ship on the next business day, yet there are days that we have too much on hand in which things have to be put aside.

shipping within Germany

Shipping is free for all orders over €35 in Germany, so if you are new and want to try it out with 1 or 2 gems only in your first order, we are here for you! Orders under €35 will follow our standard shipping rate of €4.50. If you place your order before 12pm (Monday-Friday), we dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day. As soon as your order is sent, it can take up to 7 days for your treasures to reach you.


International shipping within Europe

Shipping is free for all orders over €65 in the EU, so if you are new and want to try it out with 1 or 2 gems only in your first order, we are here for you! If your order is to be shipped to an EU country and under €65, the shipping costs are 4,50€. We at Vinokilo stand for sustainability throughout our operations and want to avoid excessive packaging waste at all costs. That’s why you can choose an already used box for the shipping of your treasures. Should you select the more sustainable option, your shipping costs are 3,50€. If you place your order before 12pm (Monday-Friday), we dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day. Within European countries, we expect your treasures to reach you within 14 working days. In this case, working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE

If your order is to be shipped to a Non-EU country, the shipping costs are 7,50€. Once again, if you would like the shipping of your treasures to be more sustainable, you can choose an already used box to ship your order. In this case, the shipping costs are 6,50€. Free shipping is only applicable on orders over 55€. If you place your order before 12pm (Monday-Friday), we dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day. In this case, working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany. However, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These include but are not limited to any additional taxes, duties and customs.



Track your order

Once your order has been processed and sent, you should receive a confirmation email with a DHL Package Tracking Code. You can use this to track your package and see the expected delivery date on www.dhl.de. If you don’t receive an email from us within 2 days of placing your order, check your spam/junk mail folders- just in case! If you have any other questions or problems, contact us at shop@vinokilo.com – please make sure you include your name and order number.

RETURNS

All of our Vintage treasures carry their own stories and are therefore unique in their own way. While we are constantly working on quality improvement during the selection stage, unfortunately, it is always possible that there is a slight imperfection on your items. The way we see it, those imperfections are part of Vintage treasures' charisma. Further, we at Vinokilo stand for sustainability throughout all our operations and want to avoid excessive packaging waste at all costs.


That is why we would like to ask YOU as a customer to omit the "amazonian" way of shopping (buying 10 items and then only choosing one). If you are not sure you want an article - don't go for it! Try it on at our events or talk to our Customer Care Team about all details (sizing, materials, textile care, etc.). We are here to make sure you get the perfect item for you :-) As always: BUY LESS, CHOOSE WELL.

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY

Naturally, we know that sometimes returns cannot be avoided. Even though we are doing our absolute best to prevent it, it can always happen that certain items cannot quite live up to your expectations. If you ordered some vintage treasures within Germany and you would like to return some, we will gladly cover the shipping fees for you. For this, you will find a return label already included in your parcel, which you can then use to send us the items you didn’t like without any additional costs. As soon as your order reaches our warehouse, we will refund the returned items right away! However, please be aware that in order to receive a refund, your parcel should be sent to our warehouse at a maximum of 30 days after it had been delivered to you.


RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF GERMANY

Naturally, we know that sometimes returns cannot be avoided. Even though we are doing our absolute best to prevent it, it can always happen that certain items cannot quite live up to your expectations. If you want to return some of your vintage treasures from outside of Germany, however, sadly, we won’t be covering the shipping fees for your return. Customers will therefore be responsible for the shipping fees, which, of course, differ depending on the weight of the item(s). 

Please be aware that in order to receive a refund, your parcel should be sent to our warehouse at a maximum of 30 days after it had been delivered to you.

Returning an event purchase

Our lovely Branding Team has designed cool changing rooms for each and every event. Spot the orange curtain and try on the items that you loved. Also, before you purchase an item, please check carefully whether the items' quality matches your expectations.

We are accepting NEITHER return nor refund of event purchases online at the moment. Still, we completely understand the frustration of getting a problematic item, so always feel free to write and talk it out with us - We will find a solution! In the end, we want to make sure that you are 100% in love with that gem!


My package did not arrive

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that! Again, we can truly understand the frustration which comes with it. Unfortunately, 

the actual shipping of the packages is out of our hands. In case your package should not arrive, please contact our 

Customer Care Team on support@vinokilo.com right away. We will look into it!

There is an incorrect/damaged item in my package

Oh no! That, of course, is our bad. We would like to apologise for the disappointment. If this should happen to you, please 

be so kind to send a photo of the incorrect/damaged item and your order number to our Customer Care Team on 

support@vinokilo.com. Naturally, you will have the possibility to return that item to us without paying the shipping fee. 

After reviewing your case, our lovely Customer Care team will send you a return note. As soon as your return reaches our 

warehouse, we will send you the correct item.

One or more items are missing

Sorry again! We are doing our best to conscientiously prepare your order and to get your Vintage treasures to you as soon 

as possible. However, tiny errors can always occur. For this matter, please contact our Customer Care Team on 

support@vinokilo.com and we will be happy to send you the missing items right away!
